Forgive me if I have an incorrect concept of what a pub crawl is supposed to be, but I expect to see a list of bars, with a scheduled time (approx. 30 minutes) for each. Participants will drink at the bars according to the schedule, and when it't time to leave one bar and go to the next, everyone will do so (unless, of course, someone decided to stay where he is).

For this one, however, participants were given a list of bars, but we were to go to whichever ones we wanted, at any time we wanted. It was not a "group participation" event as is the case with other pub crawls.

I could have gone to these bars myself without any pub crawl. It seemed as though the only difference was that we had the wristbands, so we would not have to be carded at each bar, and we had a 12 oz. plastic cup, where the participating bars were supposed to charge $2 for their cheap beer.

As it turned out, Casey Moran's charged $3 for their Bud Lights, and O'Malley's closed at 8:00 p. m. for a private party.

I won't bother going back for the second night.

While I did have a fun night while on the crawl, I was disappointed when I arrived to Dugout to pick up my ticket and the schedule for the night only to find out that most of the bars on the crawl were either closed or no longer honoring the PubCrawl bracelet deal! I specifically purchased this ticket thinking I would have an all-access pass to 14 bars in Wrigleyville only to realize that there were 4 open for me to go to on the bracelet deal. At the end of the night, I ended up going to two bars that were on the list and one that wasn't.

Not to mention, on the PubCrawl site, it made it seem as if the crawl started at 8 PM when in actually had been going on all day. Please advertise these details better as well as hire better people to dispense these tickets at will call. The guy working the Will Call table at Dugout was rather rude and bashed my costume along with my friend's costume which was totally unnecessary.
