House of Yes, Wendy MacLeod's dark, compelling tale of family dysfunction, captivated audiences from its debut in San Francisco, leading to an award-winning film version starring Parker Posey. This wonderfully perverse cult classic tells the story of an upper class suburban family whose mannered exterior masks a disturbing family dynamic. When the eldest son brings home his fiancée, it sends his bipolar twin sister into a tailspin, sparking a chain of events leading to an astonishing climax.

Creditors: Strindberg's Tragic Comedy Is a Critical Hit

August Strindberg's Creditors is a twisting tale of revenge and psychological suspense. Deliciously dark and funny, it helped pave the way for modern Scandinavian noir. Creditors is a story of vengeance, jealousy and psychological warfare about a man whose marriage is threatened when he falls under the spell of a mysterious stranger. The Tribune calls Creditors "taut and mordantly funny." The Sun-Times says it's "blisteringly honest." And New City proclaims it "incredibly satisfying ... as funny as it is searing." Learn More

Good performances but sensitive audience may have problems with incest as story line. You do not walk away from this one without thinking back over it.

House of Yes
By Wendy Macleod
Directed by Jacob Christopher Green
Featuring Jason Dabrowski, Patricia Moy, and Patti Feinstein

A hurricane during Thanksgiving is just the beginning for the Pascal family. Eldest son Marty arrives with a surprise – his fiancee, Lesley. This doesn’t sit well with mother, Brother Anthony, and least of all his twin sister Jackie-O (recently released from a mental hospital). You think your family is crazy during the holidays? You ain’t seen nothing yet!
