With a show geared towards the younger set, Second City performers lace up their sneakers and reach deep into their imaginations to present Improv Extravaganza Explosion!, a full hour of interactive, family-friendly improvisation and sketch comedy where ideas are taken straight from the audience. The show is all made up on the spot, so you never know what might happen. This show is a perfect introduction to the legendary Second City comedy troupe for ages 5 and up.

We loved this show! My boys are ages 11 and 10, and at first (with the puppets) we thought they might be a bit too old for it... but it definitely got funnier as it went on. My 10 year old laughed so hard that he cried! And my 11 year old even loved it. Great value for a fun show. We wish it had been a little longer- 1 hour wasn't enough!! My three kids ages 4-9 loved this show and so did we! It was funny and engaging for all of us. It was just the perfect length and fast paced so the kids never got bored or fidgety. We did not get any food or drinks while at the venue as we planned to eat afterwards. Easy parking and several family friendly options for food within walking distance.Written on Apr 02 2012
