Waited way too long to board the boat...very disorganized. Left dock 30 minutes late. No snacks to puchase aboard boat...could only purchase drink tickets with cash..no credit cards. Arrived dock 30 minutes early. Won prize, but never received it.

We had a great time!

Even tho it was HOT, the A/C on the lower levels kept you cool. Only wish there had been some kind of food.

I would have rated better but their boarding process was inefficient causing the departure to be delayed by 30 minutes, which was NOT added to the Cruise time, so instead of a 3hr cruise it was 21/2hrs.

Will call and boarding were each more than 30 minutes behind schedule, resulting in a long line in 100 degree heat. Kanan did provide a cooling water spray, which was essential given the situation. The cruise returned 30 minutes early. Drinks at the cash bars were subpar. The boat was clean and otherwise an enjoyable experience. However I wouldn't book Kanan again.
