view more less of this reviewThe Extreme Thrill ride actually lived up to its name! Great fun, great thrills. Just as we started out, it began to rain. It made the trip even more thrilling. Flying across the tops of the waves, feeling and hearing the pounding of the boat when it connected with water, then feeling the wind and rain sting your cheeks. Makes me smile just to think about it. VERY EXCITING. The twists and turns made this feeling like a roller coaster on water. The first 360 left me gasping for air. HIGHLY recommend if you love speed, love getting wet and love the Chicago Sky Line.
star this review starred report as inappropriateThe guide was a high school or college student and didn't know much about anything. The tour is very short, uninformative, and pretty boring. Even my six-year-old niece was not amused.
star this review starred report as inappropriateTook family visiting from out of town ages 7-37. They all enjoyed it. The guide pointed out main buildings on north and south ends of downtown with a couple of stories. The rides between points of interest are straight, but fast. We were in the front and stayed dry.
star this review starred report as inappropriateFun, fast, factual and fabulous! If you have a teenager, this is a great option for the architectural river tour. It covers a good part of the information about Chicago architecture and the speed out in the lake is sure to please the teens!
