It's a unique chance to stroll around the museum with no kids in sight and a cash bar serving beer and wine. You can check out the current and ongoing exhibits, marvel at the wonders inside the Istock Butterfly Haven, or test your science and nature knowledge in a trivia game. The winning trivia team will even be awarded some fun prizes.

Not too many people attended. It was a good event and people working the event were very informative.

This was a cool way to see the Nature Museum for those that may not have an initial interest in all things nature and science. It was interesting to tour the Butterfly Haven and other areas of the museum and then head down to the cafe for a local beer or wine and some science trivia.

This was a fun, low key evening getting to wander around the museum without huge crowds. We enjoyed nerding it up at the trivia session and getting to talk with museum staff and other like minded science geeks. It was definitely nice to have an adults-only crowd, but I wish that the drinks could travel out of the cafeteria area.

Super fun outting on a school night!
Next time I will go early to spend more time in the museum. And beware, the butterfly exhibit closes before the event is over. Don't wait to finish trivia before you visit the butterflies!
