We used the valet parking from the Civic Opera House $20. It turned out great when we came out it was a little bit chilly and we didn't have to wait long.

we parked in the valet parking from the Civic Opera House. It was $20 but worth it because it was very convenient. We ate at Sabatino's on Irving Park - great restaurant. Great evening!
