Faithful and energetic adaptation of a great show. Excellently done for a small production. Always room for improvement, but overall, great job! Luis Herrera was outstanding as Papa Ge.

Description

This theatrical adaptation of the popular fairy tale The Little Mermaid is the story of Ti Mouna, a black peasant girl who rescues, nurses, and falls in love with Daniel, a mulatto from a wealthy family. When Daniel is returned to his people, the island gods guide Ti Mouna on a quest to test the strength of her love against the forces of prejudice, hatred and death itself.
