Two of the brightest literary minds of the 20th century -- George Bernard Shaw and G.K. Chesterton -- "battled" each other for decades on a variety of topics in order to gain intellectual supremacy. In The Debate, you'll see how these two friends disagreed on just about everything, with actual exchanges from their eclectic, humorous and heated debates. Exploring the complexity and admiration these "friendly enemies" had for each other despite their contentious conversations, the production will bring a smile to your face and make you think about the pair's prescient words.

Excellent play, speaks volumes about current events.
Socialism vs Capitalism! I pray that capitalism prevails in our country. Actors were great and have spoken to the point of today and us.

Excellent, thought provoking. All the actors did such a great job, and I was particularly moved by the gentleman who played Shaw.
