Chicago has always been full of magic and at one point the magicians of Chicago became famous for their particular style. It's an up-close and personal kind of magic that doesn't have the grandiose spectacle that other acts bring to the table, but is every bit as astonishing. In some ways, it's much more fun since the audience is part of the show. The Magic Cabaret brings that golden age of magic, mystery and mischief back to to Chicago audiences hungry for the unusual. In every show, PT Murphy and David Parr present classic conjuring in the Windy City style, using every day objects to bring their stories of old-time magic to life. With an emphasis on audience participation, and liberal doses of humor, spookiness and surprises, the magic cabaret is actually fun for everyone, old or young. Learn More

Vaudezilla, Inc. presents
Show & Tell Cabaret: A Burlesque and Variety Show
Vaudezilla takes its trademark theatrical style of burlesque to the Greenhouse Theater Center for a monthly variety show that will showcase all of your favorite ladies and a few surprises as well. Fans of burlesque can rest assured that there will be a heaping helping of sexy, sassy stripteases for your enjoyment. But we've got other fun stuff to keep things interesting!
Kicking off this exciting new addition to the Chicago burlesque scene will be: Red Hot Annie, Donna Touch, Jeez Loueez, Barrett All, Trixie Sparx, Cherry Brandi, Deirdre Doll, Viva La Muerte, Naughty Natanya, and Pearl Pistol.
What's the extra fun stuff, you ask? We've got hoop tease by Lula Houp-Garou, boylesque by Ray Funn and Bazuka Joe of the fabulous Stage Door Johnnies, magic by The Amazing Tomas, and your Semi-Capable Host Dick Dijon will flex his singing muscles for you. So if that's not enough to get you out here, then at least there's a cash bar so you can have some drinks while you watch!
So come on down to the Greenhouse Theater Center and watch as Vaudezilla takes to the boards every month.
