Step up for fine Bonsoiree Caribbean-themed food & drinks, all designed and paired to bring out the flavors of the food (included with the "General Admittance — Food/Beverages Pairing" ticket).  This 2-hr sail lets you experience an invigorating sail as you relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the city from Lake Michigan. 

Catered by Bonsoiree, an award-winning restaurant specializing in tastings and VIP treatment! There will also be contests and prizes.

Pirate, Caribbean and tropical costumes encouraged but not required!
