Nearly everyone knows the familiar teen angst of feeling like you don't fit in, but perhaps no one knows it better than Tammy, a girl who is part T-Rex. Tammy has the typical teenage goals: win the acceptance of the popular kids and get noticed by the hottest boy in school. But she's having trouble making these things happen. After all, no one wants to eat lunch across from a girl who's devouring raw flesh, and you can't very well dance with someone whose talons shred you to pieces. One day, though, things start looking up for Tammy. Suddenly, she can have everything she wants -- if she'll just turn her back on the only person who's been her friend all along. Will she do it, and finally fit in? Or will her inner beast prevail?
