Don't put anything you don't want to get wet on the floor. The theatre allows you to bring a cup of water into the seating area, and the floor is sloped. Spilling is inevitable, and the water will head for under your seat.

The weather was irrelevant. It's August.. I wore Jeans and a polo shirt. I should have brought a jacket or sweater - the theatre is cold, and in the 5th row the cold air blows down on you..

Bring or wear a light jacket or sweater or a long sleeved shirt. The air conditioning is set to low, and in our seats in the 5th row, blew right on us.

This is a loud play - there are some serious musical lungs on stage, and they are amplified. If you sit where we did, in the 5th row, you will be stunned now & then. I advise getting seats no closer than Row J.

There are plenty of places nearby to eat, and a couple right in the venue. Most of them are south of the theatre, but there are a few right beside the theatre to the north, and a Dairy Queen a block north.

This was an outstanding production. The acting, dancing, and especially the singing were far superior to the last three or four shows I've seen through Broadway in... continued

It was really a great experience. The leads were wonderfully talented and the acting, singing and pace of the show make it well worth seeing. Well staged, well costumed, and fun dance numbers. We were all glad that we went!

This musical greatly exceeded my expectations. The Mercury Theater is small and intimate which was a great way to see this production. I had seen Flashdance the week... continued
