The bike rental location was unorganized, they hadn't ever seen a GoldStar event reservation. They didn't have any bikes available. Then finally someone returned 2 bikes so we could have them. We waited over a 1/2 hour and after several times speaking with the rental guy, he finally said the tour was cancelled. All this on a Sunday afternoon in September.
