Hubbard Street Dance Chicago reprises a work it premiered last fall to rave reviews. The Chicago Tribune called resident choreographer Alejandro Cerrudo's One Thousand Pieces a bit of "dance heaven." The work was inspired by Marc Chagall's landmark 1977 stained-glass installment, America Windows and is set to the music of Philip Glass. Cerrudo himself calls the stained-glass artwork his inspiration, the music of Philip Glass his frame, the Harris Theater stage his canvas and the Hubbard Street dancers his paintbrush. With Cerrudo, you know you can expect twists and turns, surprises and unforgettable images. Don't miss the return of this masterpiece of dance. Learn More
