This is a class that incorporates working the entire body with both bellydancing and cardio moves.

I thought the pace of the class was a little slow. Didn't get a great workout afterwards.

Don't kid yourself, this is a tough workout but well worth it! The Instructors are excellent, patient, and fun! You will love this class!

This is a a series of classes, meeting at the same time every week for six weeks. 1. Learn the one move you can perform while sitting that will tighten, lift, and firm your bun-bun!

Therefore, there will be more than one instructor in class to demonstrate moves from every angle and offer you immediate attention, just in case you get "stuck." Each instructor specializes in the company's unique "Jade Tri-Learning System." This ensures you will learn quickly while enjoying your time in class.
Each class features the "Five Minute Bellydance Diet Presentation" to help you address your fitness and health goals. Students receive weekly newsletters featuring health and beauty tips, and at the end of the class session, there is free dessert, a tea party and bellydance performances.
