      This is a class that incorporates working the entire body with both bellydancing and cardio moves.

      I thought the pace of the class was a little slow. Didn't get a great workout afterwards.

      Don't kid yourself, this is a tough workout but well worth it! The Instructors are excellent, patient, and fun! You will love this class!

      I LOVED this class! It was hard getting up early on Saturday mornings, but I never missed a class. The instructors are great and make the class very fun while burning calories.

      The beginning of class is SUCH a good workout. I am using muscles I never usually use on a typical workout! The second part of class isn't as much of a work out for me, but it definitely is fun! No complaints here, definitely worth the money!

      This class is so much fun. You get the greatest workout, but you are having so much fun you don't even realize it. I highly reccommend taking this class.

      This class is amazing. It is really fun and engaging. Jade is a great instructor and made the class interactive. I can't wait for the next classes. Because I had so much fun, I would definitely consider continuing the class after the series.

    • You'll be working out in socks, dance shoes (soft sole), or bare feet
    • Buy the hip scarf. it really makes it fun!!!

    This is a a series of classes, meeting at the same time every week for six weeks. 1. Learn the one move you can perform while sitting that will tighten, lift, and firm your bun-bun!

    2. Learn how our package of complimentary green tea according to research increases “energy expenditure and fat oxidation.” Drinking 4 cups a day can raise your metabolism by as much as 35%!

    3. In class you will learn how to perform this special move 3 times a week and you will notice a flatter stomach!

    These bellydance classes provide a great all-over workout. But this is not just a regular bellydance class—it's much more! These classes have been featured on television and in print.

    Jade Fitness & Entertainment believes in personalized attention. Therefore, there will be more than one instructor in class to demonstrate moves from every angle and offer you immediate attention, just in case you get "stuck." Each instructor specializes in the company's unique "Jade Tri-Learning System." This ensures you will learn quickly while enjoying your time in class.

    Each class features the "Five Minute Bellydance Diet Presentation" to help you address your fitness and health goals. Students receive weekly newsletters featuring health and beauty tips, and at the end of the class session, there is free dessert, a tea party and bellydance performances.

    This is a mixed-level class. No prior experience is necessary.
