I was a little nervous since I had missed the first class and was worried I would be scrambling to get up to speed. I needn't have worried. Description
Bellydance provides a great all-over workout. But this is not just a regular bellydance class--it's much more! These classes have been featured on television and in print.
Jade Fitness & Entertainment believes in personalized attention. Therefore, there will be more than one instructor in class to demonstrate moves from every angle and offer you immediate attention, just in case you get "stuck." Each instructor specializes in the company's unique "Jade Tri-Learning System." This ensures you will learn quickly while enjoying your time in class.
Students receive weekly newsletters featuring health and beauty tips; every week there is a tea party; there are bellydance performances; and at the end of the class session, there is free dessert!
This is a mixed-level class. No prior experience is necessary.
