The Goldstar piece was just fine- tix were good and of good value, pickup was easy, United Center was fine. I guess everything about the experience was really great EXCEPT THE BULLS!!! They were TERRIBLE!!! WORST GAME EVER!!!! I understand that Goldstar has no control overthis but perhaps you could offer some kind of insurance option- I'd gladly pay extra and so would others, imagine- so that when your team plays that badly you get some kind of booby prize or a pair of tix to another game to get the foul stench of failure out of your brain. Sheesh! What a HORRENDOUS night of basketball!!!Written on Dec 07 2009

Not a Goldstar fault, the Bulls played embarrassingly bad. I had my family from Toronto and they enjoyed the game a lot more than I did.Written on Dec 08 2009
My complaint with Goldstar would be that we had section 200 seats behind one of the baskets, while plenty of the section 200 seats at the same price, but in the middle section were empty.

I was disappointed that the seats were directly behind the basket. I thought the 100 level would be good seats. I did not expect center court and knew they would be on the baseline, but I have not been to a game in a while and forgot about the basket obstruction.Written on Dec 07 2009
