Chicago is ordinarily such a picturesque city that it becomes truly extraordinary when it's dressed up with holiday lights. This unique holiday experience combines a fun and informative walking tour of the city's history with an entertaining bus tour showcasing Chicago's festival of lights. The walking portion of the three-and-a-half-hour guided tour takes place from the comfort of part of Chicago's Pedway, the city's six-mile indoor heated walkway. After wrapping up the walk at Macy's legendary Walnut Room, you'll board a bus for the last hour of the tour, visiting State Street, the Daley Plaza Christmas Tree, "Christkindlmarket," the Palmer House Hilton, the Water Tower and the heralded Drake Hotel. The bus then traverses the world-famous Magnificent Mile on its way back to the East Wacker starting location. All tours include a holiday trivia contest and ugly Christmas sweater competition, with prizes. Learn More

Great guide, great weather, and lots of great info about Chicago and it's history presented in an interesting manner. Stayed pretty close to the riverwalk area for this tour and the DuSable (as we learned, no longer the Michigan Avenue) Bridge and had a made to order omelette at the buffet brunch at Houlihan's.
Guests embark on the legendary walking tour and hear fascinating stories of Chicago's jubilant and at times its tragic past. They hear entertaining anecdotes about many colorful historical characters while discovering the city's architecture and pop culture.
After everyone has built up a good appetite walking the River Walk, it is time to stop for a hearty brunch at Houlihan's.
Houlihan's brunch buffet features everything a traditional brunch buffet has to offer including; fresh seasonal fruit, scrambled eggs, made-to-order omeletes, toast, muffins, bacon, ham, sausage, pancakes, French toast, assortment of bread, yogurt, cereal, biscuits & gravy and granola. Coffee service and soft drinks are included in the price.
After Brunch, it is back to the River Walk for a second round of entertaining storytelling and calorie burning! Tour ends at Trump Tower Plaza.
Gratuities are not included in the tour price, but are welcomed.
