There are so many dining options on the same block as the theater -- Thai, Italian, Middle Eastern, Mexican -- you might as well eat here before the show.

Description

Written & Performed by

Arlene Malinowski

As a Child of Deaf Adults, CODAS stand with one foot in the hearing world and the other in the Deaf world.  This experience allows a unique view of the Deaf culture- a community of people defined not by their disability but by their shared language, culture, values and norms.  A community which believes, "We’re not broke- so don’t try to fix us.
p. These stories are about hearing and Deaf, parents and children, love and forgiveness and finding yourself amid the clash of cultures in this melting pot we call America. They are stories for anyone who has ever felt different.
