    Mainly Mozart

    Mainly Mozart is a bi-national, not-for-profit corporation that produces concerts throughout the year in San Diego County and Baja, California--the highlight of which is an annual summer music festival. Objectives: 1. To promote an annual music festival of orchestral and chamber music concerts of Mozart's (as well as other classical composers), with performances of the highest artistic quality consistent with fiscal responsibility; 2. To foster the education and appreciation of classical music and master musicians. In addition, Mainly Mozart's educational outreach programs reach over 50,000 students in both countries. Annual funding for Mainly Mozart is provided by the City of San Diego Commission for Arts and Culture; the County of San Diego Community Enhancement program; the California Arts Council; the National Endowment for the Arts; and contributions from individuals, businesses and foundations.
