His 16-member company embodies his continuing genius and nurtures new talent -- Tony winners Twyla Tharp and David Parsons are among its many distinguished alumni. A mysterious vampire rules over a haunting group of beautiful undead spirits, and a swan maiden under a spell is torn between her black swan and white swan personalities. Expressing the struggle between good and evil is the theme as Inland Pacific Ballet opens their 17th season with an evening featuring selected scenes from its inspired adaptation of Bram Stoker's famous novel that brings Count Dracula eerily to life along with scenes from Swan Lake featuring the infamous Black Swan and her elusive White Swan counterpart. Jonathan Sharp returns to the stage to recreate his brilliant performance as the alluring but sinister Count Dracula, and the elegant and sensual dual role of the Black Swan/White Swan will be danced by Allynne Noelle Stoller. Powerful choreography, spectacular sets, beautiful costumes and dramatic musical scores come together to create a gothic atmosphere for scenes from these compelling ballets and more. A perfect Halloween treat!
