Headliners ZZ Top and The Cult, as well as The Stone Foxes, come chugging into Sleep Train Pavilion at Concord for a cool outdoor summer concert. Enjoy good old fashioned rock 'n' roll from ZZ Top, the famously bearded "little ol' band from Texas" who have been responsible for such classics as "Legs," and "Sharp Dressed Man." Take a walk on the dark side with Brit hard rockers The Cult, whose hits include "Sweet Soul Sister" and "She Sells Sanctuary," an '80s rock monster and goth anthem, and whose latest disc is 2012's Choice of Weapon. The Stone Foxes are a local band whose sound is a blend of country, rock, blues, and a touch of San Francisco.

Catch Big Time Rush in concert with Victoria Justice at Sleep Train Pavilion as part of their 38-city Summer Break Tour. Their debut album, BTR, sold more than two million copies worldwide, and now they're touring behind their third studio album, 24/Seven. Justice, declared the "It Girl" by Perez Hilton, stars in her own hit Nick show, Victorious, after appearing for three seasons on the popular Zoey 101. This was my first ZZ Top Concert. I could name 2-3 songs or hum tunes that are ZZ Top's signature songs. I liked this concert. As the singer said,"we been doing this for 4 decades--same 3 guys you see before you, and the same 3 chords." Yup, these guys are good. They've been doing this for a while and put on a good show. I walked back to my car singing,"all the girls are crazy for a sharp-dressed man."
