Kind of cute, funny choreography but a very amateurish play, altogether.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SLAPSTICK PERFORMANCE. I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE MORE OR LESS LIKE THE FAMOUS MOVIE OF THE SAME NAME.Written on Jul 18 2011

The play was mediocre at best. The script was weak and the acting was amateurish. The room was way too warm.Written on Aug 05 2011
And the house was less than half full. Perhaps for a reason.
Not a pleasant evening by any stretch of the imagination.
This theatre can do better!

A farce treads a fine line - it can be very funny, or, if off the mark, likeWritten on Jul 21 2011
A Roman Holiday - very painful to watch. The Coronado Playhouse
audience is a very forgiving audience. They want so much to like
what they are watching. To go through this play without hearing a
laugh or positive response, had to be difficult for the actors.
I will continue to attend plays at this venue, as I find most of their
offerings delightful.
