The weather was sunny 75.. I wore jeans with a cardigan and sandals; children and adults alike were dressed in costumes; inside was appropriately cooled; there's a little snack bar at the back corner of the "theater"; kids got to sit on the floor by the stage.

We ate at the nearby Boathouse restaurant (not the real name - think it's called 1877 or something similar, but it's IN a boathouse). A tad pricey, but the food was excellent.

"Cabaret seating" is poorly organized and the people in front shift their chairs to see,
leaving minimal viewing spaces for those in back.
At the performance we attended, a young couple had the audacity to bring a baby

First Coronado Playhouse production I attended. First time I had attended a performance of this specific musical. Large cast (perhaps 20?) for such an intimate theatre (20-25 tables with 4 chairs per table Cabaret Style). Well staged - minimal...continued
