You can expect a lot of laughs this year's Lamb's Players' Festival of Christmas show, when a woman's plan to film a musical Christmas card goes hilariously awry. In Catch a Falling Star, Ella Eden has located the remote miner's cabin where her father spent one magical Christmas, and now she's bringing in a band to put together the ultimate Christmas card on location. With the special setting, under a gorgeous canopy of stars, it's going to be the perfect gift. Too bad her kids are running wild, neither the nanny nor the lead singer have shown up and cell phone reception is nonexistent. As things get more chaotic, they also become ever more comical, but the magic and music of Christmas will triumph in the end. Learn More

A piffle of a story - sorta Shakespeare meets the Marx Bros. - but fun and enjoyable. Ninety minutes with no intermission was the best plan for this production. The quality of the cast was excellent; I'd recommend it for Goldstar members.
