Showcasing a stunning fusion of circus acrobatics and orchestral favorites, Cirque de la Symphonie and the Pacific Symphony join forces for the third time to bring the magic of music and movement together in the center ring. This unique cirque event pairs aerial fliers, acrobats, contortionists, dancers, jugglers and strongman acts with classical and contemporary pieces to wow audiences of all ages. Principal Pops Conductor Richard Kaufman and the orchestra provide the live score with favorites like John Williams' "Flight to Neverland" from the movie Hook, Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake waltz, and works from classical and contemporary composers like Leonard Bernstein, Camille Saint-Saëns and more, creating a visual and aural experience like no other. Matthew Morrison was spectacular! He has a beautiful voice and he is an amazing dancer. He seems like such a down to earth and kind hearted human being. I was blown away. His appearance in the over commercialized "Glee" doesn't give him enough credit or show off his true talents, because "Glee" now sings over played songs on the radio instead of the classics. This made me take a step back and appreciate him for what he truly is, which is an amazing triple threat performer, which an amazing Broadway background to back him up! He can serenade me any day! I have been listening to his album on repeat since the show! He was so good, I took my mom to see him again on Saturday!
