It was a great outdoor concert, with a crowd head bobbing and booty shaking. A good time was had by all young and old!

The B-52s were fantastic! Couldn't have asked for a better evening or a better band to dance along with at the fair. My only "complaint" is that they didn't play long enough!

Description

The B-52’s originated as a New Wave Rock band from Athens, Georgia. The correct name for the band has long been “The B-52’s”, but in 2008 they dropped the apostrophe, with their official website and Funplex album and single covers reading ‘ The B-52s”. Both spellings could now be considered correct. Current band members are Fred Schneider, Cindy Wilson, Kate Pierson, and Keith Strickland. .
