A new comedy by Pulitzer Prize nominee Theresa Rebeck (creator of NBC's Smash), Seminar centers on Leonard, an experienced author with a long and dramatic history. He's hired by four aspiring novelists to conduct an intensive 10-week writing seminar in an Upper West Side apartment. True to Rebeck's rep as the master of quarrelsome comedy, the students get much more for their $5,000 fee than they bargained for. They soon find themselves attending a master class in ruthless and reckless behavior where writing is a blood sport, words are deadly weapons, and sex is just a tool of the trade. Learn More

The charater of the "Art Dealer/Manager" carried the show. The actor for this charater really made the show. I felt the play was slow evolving and I sometimes felt like "ok, lets get to the next point". The seating in the theater was comfortable with cushioned seats and the staff was friendly. The facility was clean and well kept to include the bathrooms. The theater is hinded back among other buildings with a nice court yard with seating while you wait for the doors to open. I really enjoy the theater/location more than the play. Just glad and thankful that we still have many option for plays in the Dallas area.
