- Our Price:
- $22.50 - $40.00
This acclaimed indie rock musical by Will Connolly, Michael Mitnick and Kim Rosenstock tells the darkly comic story of two entrancing sisters and a hapless sandwich maker who embark on adventure and romance during the legendary citywide blackout of New York in 1965. Rosenstock's Tigers Be Still was named one of The New York Times' Top Ten Plays of 2010, and this musical is the winner of an Edgerton Foundation New American Plays Award. A highly original work by three prolific young writers, this new Dallas Theater Center production features a brand new song for the character of sandwich maker Joey, portrayed by Dallas actor Alex Organ. Description
How do you profoundly love someone you profoundly disagree with? Next Fall is the story of Adam and Luke, a most unlikely couple. Luke’s a devout Christian; Adam’s a fervent atheist. When an accident changes everything, Adam must turn to Luke’s conservative family and friends for support ... and a search for answers. The New York Times says this 2010 Broadway hit and Tony Award-nominee for Best Play, “embodies something theatergoers have been sorely missing, perhaps without knowing it, for years. A smart, sensitive, immensely appealing and utterly contemporary comedy."
This show contains adult themes and language.
