Goddess Days are mini-retreats held near Dupont Circle for busy women who would like to take just part of a day for themselves and their inner goddess. Each monthly gathering will introduce a different Goddess from around the world and present a number of simple and practical ways to cherish one's Self and glean inspiration from the Mythic figure we are learning about. Inspiration is assured.

The series could be described “a self-care series for the hectic goddess” The focus of each gathering is definitely improving the well being of our mind, body and spirit.

At the mini-retreats, participants receive materials, enjoy coffee and tea, and walk away with samples of the world’s first certified Organic Cosmetics and Body Care Products, MiEssence.

About Woman's National Democratic Club:

The Woman's National Democratic Club was founded in 1922 as the first organization for Democratic women in Washington, DC. Men were granted full voting membership in 1988.

The historic clubhouse is also a museum with beautifully appointed rooms for meetings, receptions, weddings, and other private events. Located in a neighborhood of nineteenth-century and Beaux Arts mansions, the building is a unique transition between Victorian and Arts and Crafts architecture. In 1973 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
