The latest in the series of Maverick Sunday Mysteries is the original Agatha Christie-style whodunit Teatime for Murder, graciously served up with generous amounts of music, comedy and audience interaction. A stunning death occurs at a country estate over an afternoon snack, and it's up to spinster sleuth Miss Marble to sort through the clues and solve the murder. But she'll need lots of help from you and your fellow theatergoers. In fact, the faux-detective who figures out the mystery wins a prize. Learn More
Reviews & Ratings
The outlandish, outrageous and out-and-out fun-filled show parodies some of the biggest and best that Hollywood has to offer. With fast passed changes of beautiful costumes, wigs, wonderful projections, and a bevy of satirical songs, Alan Palmer’s impressions remind us why we all love to go to the movies and adore the leading women who star in them.
Cast of characters includes Cher, Meryl Streep, Audrey Hepburn, Bette Davis, Joan Crawford, Judy Garland, Liza Minnelli, plus a few surprises.
Written and staged by Alan Palmer, the production features projection design by Rich Brown, and costume design by Curtis Jerome.
