3_D Theatricals presents The Sound of Music, the final collaboration between Rodgers & Hammerstein. Now one of the world's most beloved musicals, The Sound of Music features the classic songs "Edelweiss," "My Favorite Things," "Climb Ev'ry Mountain" and "Do-Re-Mi." The story is based on the actual life of Maria von Trapp, who leaves an Austrian convent to serve as governess to the children of a widowed naval officer. 3-D Theatricals patrons voted this their number one choice when asked what musicals they would like to see, so the company is bringing new life to this classic to entertain old fans and new.

Hit Broadway Musical A Chorus Line, From 3-D Theatricals

Full Price:
$52.00
Our Price:
$26.00

Even people who've never seen A Chorus Line can probably sing its famous songs like "One (Singular Sensation)" and "What I Did for Love." A beloved part of American culture, A Chorus Line ran on Broadway for a record-breaking 6,137 performances, making it the second-longest-running American-produced Broadway musical of all time. Winner of nine Tony Awards and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, A Chorus Line follows 16 dancers as they audition to be in the chorus of a new musical. Based on interviews with actual Broadway dancers, it's a story everyone can relate to -- the hard work and sacrifice it takes to pursue a dream, the exhilaration of success and the heartache of defeat. Directed by 3-D Theatricals Artistic Director T.J. Dawson, with choreography restaged by Linda Love Simmons, this new production brings Marvin Hamlisch and Edward Kleban's classic musical into the 21st century. Learn More

Enjoyed the Sound of Music. All the actors really fit their part. It's amazing how even the childrens' voices were very clear. Our seats were dead center, in row P.

Show was fantastic! Sets were outstanding and inspiring; acting (and especially singing) were as good as it gets.

The script made it obvious that Maria had a high level of passion and energy, which is why she dealt so well with whatever situations arose.
