This hilarious live stage show based on the cult series of Evil Dead films makes a triumphant (and gory) appearance on the Broadway Playhouse stage. This crazy theatrical experience has all the campy fun of the movies with the added bonus of being set to music. It's a mash-up of all three films that tells the story of five college students who go to an abandoned cabin in the woods and accidentally unleash evil forces that turn them all into demons. And it's a 4D experience, which means that in addition to the comedy and rapid-fire one-liners, you can expect blood and gore to be flying everywhere. Spring for the Splatter Zone tickets and put yourself in all the gory action. Learn More

The kind of a play you don't see often: a truly memorable experience. This play is done in a very stark setting and each of the actors provide a very charged and emotional performance. The play is one you will tell your friends about for a long time to come.

very unusual play. I found it draining. It jumped around a lot, and the
language was disjointed.
Acting was sensational, as it always is.
Not up to Writer's theater's choices.
Still enthralled by Debrah Staples in The Blonde, Brunette and...continued

This is the ballad of Leila and Lee—a modern-day Bonnie and Clyde who learn that they aren’t alone in the world the night that they discover each other. Their wild ramble across the Scottish highlands in search of an absent father is told in a series of lyrical narratives that will immerse audiences in the action, forging a breathless drama of beauty in the darkness.
Associate Artistic Director Stuart Carden (Travels With My Aunt, Hesperia) directs this intimate, thrilling bookstore production.
