This show was an interesting experience. The atmosphere (the theater) is less than bare bones, with uncomfortable chairs set in a 3/4 round configuration. Seating is first-come-first-serve.
The show was interesting, in that it is a presentation...continued

I took my 15 year old granddaughter and both us laughed more than we have in ages. I remembered when my son loved to play dungeons and dragons and that is what the play is about, the characters from the game. They are well done and lots of...continued

This was such a great venue. Owners are very nice. Actors were all fantastic. The story was compelling and we are so glad that I saw it listed on goldstar, or we may have missed it.

I've been to the Brelby several times, their plays are so exciting, especially physical, I don't know how they do it in such a small space. This was actually a poignant story, involving D&D, wonderful costumes and scary monsters, very well done!

Strange play as I am not that knowledgeable about Dungeons and Dragons, but very well presented and acted. Lots of action, but touching moments as well. Casting and cast were excellent.
Congratulations to Brelby Theatre on another job well done.

After seeing advertised, I forwarded to a friend and decided to attend intrigued by the name and description. We loved it. Really like small venue plays and actors, costumes and message in play great.

A loving look at 90s geek culture, this play is very, very funny with a talented cast. I haven't laughed so much in a long time. The dialogue has the snappy wit of Joss Whedon or Kevin Smith. By far the best thing Brelby's done.

Amazing production with very skilled and talented actors. They utilized the space in a very unusual way, which allowed for the very physical nature of the play to be acted out without too many boundaries. Very moving story. We would definitely go...continued

Small intimate venue. Soft drink and candy concessions. A cast that had great chemistry. I regret not catching an earlier show and missing a second chance to see this show. This will NOT be the last show I see at the Brelby Theater.

We thoroughly enjoyed this performance. The story was funny and moving. The acting was terrific, and included great swordplay and acrobatic moves. Costumes were well done, also. Brelby consistently produces excellent plays, and this one was no...continued

What a wonderful celebration of nerds wrapped in a complex, heart-wrenching story. Way more intense than I expected, but that's a good thing!
