In Gun Crazy, a man becomes obsessed with a sharpshooting femme fatale, leading them both down a dark road of armed robbery, car theft and murder. This essential film noir was filmed on location in Los Angeles, including a bank robbery scene shot in nearby Montrose. The Lineup, set in 1958 San Francisco, stars Eli Wallach as the maniacal leader of a gang in mad pursuit of a group of innocent tourists who've had heroin stashed in their luggage. The story of Tango Adamor is based on the fairy-tale Dance into Unity Through the Heart of Tango, which is dedicated to Adam, a boy affected with autism.
The title Tango Adamor is a fusion of words: Adam, Amor and Tango. Adam is the name of the by with autism, Tango represents the spectrum of human emotions, one of the most painful which, is jealousy – represented by the “Snake” character in the story – it keeps everyone separated. But Amor (love) overpowers everything. Through the power of love we find our Light and our way to Unity.
This production is the artistic vision of Miriam Larici, the world-leading lady of tango, who was the star and the world famous iconic image of Luis Bravo’s Broadway-London hit “Forever Tango”.
