The hit Broadway musical Thoroughly Modern Millie Jr. is a high-spirited romp that'll have you dancing the Charleston. Set in New York City in 1922, the musical tells the story of young Millie Dillmount, who's just moved to the city in search of a new life for herself. It's a New York full of intrigue and jazz -- a time when women were entering the workforce for the first time and the rules of love and social behavior were changing forever. With such memorable songs as "Forget About the Boy," "Gimme Gimme" and "Not for the Life of Me," it's a funny, romantic story about following one's dreams and falling in love. This production by Lopez Studios features a cast of talented youth. Learn More

An original interpretation (with Richard as a deaf man, signing his speeches and other actors interpreting them) that I think totally works thanks to a very strong performance by Ethan Sinnott). Several other very effective and polished performances, including those by Dan Corey and Carolyn Kashner. Clever set, that uses mirrors for the actors to speak through and a chandelier on the floor that is used to hold swords! Herndon may seem like a trek but it's not that far and there are some good restaurants just around the corner. A production that is not to be missed!
