Hailed as "the best musical of this century" by Ben Brantley of The New York Times and "the funniest musical of all time" by Entertainment Weekly, The Book of Mormon won nine Tony Awards -- including Best Musical -- in its first year on Broadway. Now the national touring production is back at the Pantages for a second round of hilarity. Written by South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone along with Robert Lopez, the Tony-winning co-creator of Avenue Q, this musical comedy is a show that The Daily Show's Jon Stewart has called "a crowning achievement. So good it makes me angry." Learn More

The show was very good and I have to agree that our seats were in the back of the orchestra level and you could hear the echo of the "director" sitting in back of us. As to the show being dated, they keep the show as it was written in the 70's. I would be disapointed if the updated it to 2010. As far as Goldstar tickets go, I wish there was somehow a way to tell you before you bought the tickets where the seats are. It is not always a good surprise to find out right before the show where you are sitting.
Winner of nine Tony Awards®, including “Best Musical” and the Pulitzer Prize for drama, this singular sensation is the longest-running American Broadway musical ever. Now A Chorus Line returns. Come meet the new generation of Broadway’s best.
In an empty theatre, on a bare stage, casting for a new Broadway musical is almost complete. For 17 dancers, this audition is the chance of a lifetime. It’s what they’ve worked for – with every drop of sweat, every hour of training, every day of their lives. It’s the one opportunity to do what they’ve always dreamed — to have the chance to dance. This is A Chorus Line, the musical for everyone who’s ever had a dream and put it all on the line.
