Description
This production of A NEW WAR will be the West Coast Premiere of Gip Hoppe's political satire. Mr. Hoppe is best known for his plays JACKIE: AN AMERICAN LIFE and THE FALL OF THE HOUSE OF USHER. This comedy is directed by Angela Pupello.
It's the near future in a cable network newsroom. America faces "a new war!" The news anchors interview everyone from the President to a hunter in Caucasian, Texas to B-list Hollywood celebrities in their desperate attempt to fill 24/7 coverage of a war "with an unknown enemy in an undisclosed location."
