Description
Bradley Baker has various performance styles ranging from opera to musical theater to R & B. Mr. Baker attended El Camino College, The University of Southern California and The American Center for Musical Theater. While at USC he performed in La Clamenza di Tito and Oedipus Rex for the Opera Department.
Some of Mr. Baker's professional performances include "Ragtime", "Big River", "Grease Paint", "Camelot", "Un Balla in Maschera" with the Los Angeles Music Center Opera, "Porgy and Bess", "Amahl and the Night Visitors", "Israel", "Dream Girls", "Phantom of the Opera", "Nite Club Confidential", "The Glory of Christmas" and "The Glory of Easter" at the Crystal Cathedral. Bradley is a frequent guest artist on The Crystal Cathedral's "The Hour of Power" broadcast in Garden Grove, California. He was also a featured soloist in the World Premier of the opera, "Costaso" by African American composer, William Grant Still.
Mr. Baker has performed in concert halls and opera houses in more than 25 countries in the world and has traveled extensively with The Albert McNeil Jubilee Singers. He can also be heard as a soloist on the 1997 CD release of The Mormon Tabernacle Choir's recording, "An American Heritage of Spirituals". This recording is available on BWE Classic Recordings. Bradley's newly released CD "Not A Word" on AYA World Records in his most recent recording. He can be heard in performance as 1/3 of the new Los Angeles "The Three Baritones" in August 2003.
