This was my first Urban Adventure Race and my whole team (a group of 4) all enjoyed it. It was a great way to spend three hours as freinds running around Hollywood. We learned a few things and we all found it challenging and fun. Would totally do it again

This was my first time, and even though I had thrown my back out and could only hobble slowly (and had to squat every few minutes to relieve the pain) we had a LOT of fun. We were in Hollywood, which is an area I go to enough to conciser myself fairly proficient with, and yet I found myself opening my eyes to things that I'd never noticed before. From etchings on the wall to historical buildings, I not only became more aware of my surroundings, i learned! What a great way to spend an afternoon. The only problems I came up with were the lack of signage. It was hard to find the start and end. Hollywood/Highland is a big place and it has nooks and crannies that offshoot everywhere. When they say "food court" they mean an odd nook that's actually not attached to the main food area at all (and guess what, there are 2! One for the start, one for the end.) It would be nice if they sent a map with their start and end locations called out specifically.

honestly, it was okay. mostly it was factual stuff... we definitely had fun, but to me part of what makes a scavenger hunt fun is having to DO things in order to get the next clue... or to figure out the answer to a clue. This isn't part of this hunt. BUT we had fun, a great morning...

It was our first time and everyone in our team of 4 had a blast. We were given one booklet of clues to which we had to figure out the answer and go to the location to get the answer (perhaps written on the wall or the floor or a figure showing/missing items). It's hard to have only one booklet because each of us would hear only pieces of the clue. We were also given a list of items we could pick up along the way for additional points. Some players on other teams thought this was easy but since it was our first time, we got stuck on a lot of the questions and when the answers were revealed, it was an A-HA moment. We also didn't bring a map for whatever dumb reason but it's definitely really helpful to have a map!

We enjoyed this scavenger hunt for trivia and clues. Some were pretty hard some were quite easy and some I should have read the question better. We would do it again!
