For one night, the venue that usually hosts glamorous movie premieres will be transformed into the palace of Egyptian royalty for Cleopatra's 2011 New Year's Eve Ball. Taking place in Grauman's Egyptian Theatre's heated and tented grand courtyard and three themed indoor areas, the event will feature Hollywood's best DJs spinning Top 40 hits, hip-hop mash-ups, balloon drops, confetti blasts, giant projection LED light show and more to ring in 2011 in style.

Ok, so I really enjoyed the music being played outside. As for the other two rooms, well they were way to hot to be in there and I ever found the stage they were talking about. I had a great time and wished the balloons would have fallen at midnight and that the whole waiting 15min to use a coed bathroom would had been better. For the price we paid, and the laughs I had... two thumbs up and would so do it again next year. Happy New YearWritten on Jan 04 2011

Great music. It would have been nice to have had a tent or two outside since it was so cold and the indoor areas were extrememly small and crowded. There were lots of couples so single people didn't have much of a chance to meet other single people and the balloons didn't drop at midnight.Written on Jan 03 2011

But since we only paid $12.50, I guess we can't complain too much... We were actually thinking of going to the event and paying the regular price before Goldstar started to promote it so I want to thank Goldstar for saving us money. We've enjoyed many other events featured on Goldstar so THANK YOU for keeping us "in the know" =)
