The film was fun for families, but could have been watched on DVD when it's released later on. What was the highlight was the G-Force Experience afterwards across the street at what used to be the Virgin Megastore in Hollywood and Highland. My favorite was the obstacle course for kids and kids at heart! You start out with a zip line, then crawl through a hamster like, run up and then down step platforms, plow through a curtain of pool foam noodles, go through another tunnel on all fours, swing across a tiny trench, and jump/step/climb over a final small wall before you are hi-5'd by the Disney staff at the finish line! Keep in mind, for the zip line in the beginning, you have to be 42" otherwise, you may still do the course, but you'll just run down while everyone else zips down. They have video games, coloring stations, building and race your own vehicle, live comedy, jugglers, green screen photos that let you be in the movie, an angry appliance shooting gallery, and a bug stomp where they project roaches on the floor and they actually get splatted when you step on them! If you get right out of the theater once the credits go on, you can have the place almost to yourself for a bit before the rest of the crowd pours in after the film.

Guinea pigs who talk, type and drive -- what more could a kid ask for? "G-Force" was very cute. Some of the script's humor was a little over the kids' heads, but I was laughing my head off. The 3D effects were a nice addition to the action sequences. I enjoyed many of the voice actors -- Sam Rockwell was enjoyable in the lead role of Darwin, Jon Favreau was of course hilarious, and Steve Buscemi expectedly stole the show. The Experience game area was fun for all ages and a terrific perk for seeing the film at the El Capitan (along with the wonderful organist who starts the shows). I could have seen this at another theater but I didn't want to miss out on the Experience.
