Lock and Key parties are a new twist on happy hour for singles. Gold keys are given to men when they enter and an equal amount of women receive gold lockets. The goal for the night is to find a match. Along the way, there will be chances to win cool prizes.

I had a good time. I met lots of people. I wish more locks and keys had worked. I only had my lock opened once. I know it was only the excuse to make conversation but it would have been a little more fun if I been able to exchange more locks. Also I wish people would converse before trying the keys and locks.
Its a great way to get outside the box and meet different people. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Lock and Key Events are the fun, new interactive dating event for singles. They take a regular happy hour and mix in the ultimate icebreaker. Men get keys, women get locks. As soon as you check in and get your first lock or key, set off to try and find its match. Every key matches at least 2-3 locks, so depending on how outgoing you are, you could find your first match with in minutes!
Just approach a member of the opposite sex and ask if you can see if your hardware is a match. It's that easy! These events usually have between 100 and 200 single professionals, so the possibilities are endless. They also closely monitor their rosters carefully and put in any extra effort needed to make sure that there is an even amount of men and women. Once you find your match, turn in your hardware and get a new piece and start all over. The more matches you make, the more entries into the end of the night raffle you receive.
Think of it as your typical after-work happy hour or get together. It's fun, there's no pressure and you can talk to whomever you like for as long as you like. Each Lock & Key Event Coordinator has been carefully chosen and possess the strong event management, marketing and promotional skills needed to ensure large scale, quality events in great venues in your city.
