September 23, 2010 10:00pm Ben Gleib, Adam Hunter, Don Friesen, Jacob Sirof, Grant Lyon, Erik Anker, Rob Gleeson
Ben Gleib is a stand-up comedian, actor, and writer. A national headliner, Esquire named him one of Six Comedians Who Could Be Comedy's Next Big Thing. He's a regular guest on Chelsea Lately on E! and at the legendary Hollywood Improv And recently performed his stand-up on Last Call with Carson Daly on NBC.
Gleib was one of the stars of the primetime NBC comedy The Real Wedding Crashers produced by Ashton Kutcher. On the show he played multiple characters in each episode. He's been featured on NBC's Last Comic Standing, has performed on The Late Late Show on CBS, and makes frequent appearances talking politics on NPR on the Patt Morrison program.
No stranger to the internets, Gleib's online videos have received a total of more than 12 million views. That's nothing to sneeze at. (Unlike allergens, which are something to sneeze at.) In 2006 he sold a pilot called The Gleib Show to FOX produced by Saturday Night Live's Lorne Michaels and NBC/Universal. The show originally ran for 3 seasons as the #1 show on the National Lampoon Network, airing to millions of college students across the country. Gleib also can be seen in a supporting role in the feature film Bar Starz, a comedy starring Charlie Murphy.
Adam Hunter is one of the hottest young stand up comedians around today. He is full of exciting energy that makes crowds go wild. He headlines all over the country, putting his heart and soul into every performance with an act that is brash, deep and most importantly, funny. Adam is one of the hardest working comics around, performing every night of the week, usually 2 or 3 shows a night. His live ticket at comedy clubs is always hot as his act is universal and night after night Adam Hunter delivers a powerful message that keeps audiences on the edges of their seats.
October 7, 2010 10:00pm Theo Von, Eddie Pence, Erik Anker, Tony Sam, Andy Peters, Hampton Yount, Rob Gleeson
Theo Von is a Louisiana native whom you may recognize from Comedy Central’s Reality Bites Back, NBC’s Last Comic Standing Season 4, or Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham. Theo attended many universities including Louisiana State, Loyola of New Orleans, University of Arizona, Semester at Sea, College of Charleston, and Santa Monica College. He has been performing stand-up comedy for five years, and performs nightly in Los Angeles when he is not on the road. His comedic bits include rants about his dysfunctional family, the South, and making fun of his life. Theo started performing stand up for a small group of stuffed animals in a back bedroom of a new orleans duplex. Moved to Los Angeles. Got a pet fish. Continued performing stand up comedy. Fish died. Comedy lived.
Eddie Pence Originally from Virginia, Eddie now resides in Los Angeles. The Hollywood Reporter named Eddie Pence one of the "Top New Faces" of the Montreal Comedy Festival. Already a veteran improv and sketch comedy performer, 2004 was the year that Eddie's blend of physical, observational and personal stand-up comedy caught the attention of studio and television executives. A favorite of the World Famous Improv, Eddie can be seen at clubs and colleges across the country. His other credits include Comedy Central's Crossballs, AOL Comedy Network and Sprint TV.
