Twenty-year-old French pianist Lise de la Salle joins the Los Angeles Philharmonic to play Prokofiev's Piano Concerto No. 1 at the one-of-a-kind Hollywood Bowl. The orchestra, under the baton of Bramwell Tovey, will also present Tchaikovsky's Festival Coronation March and Rachmaninoff's Symphony No. 2.

The concert was absolutely spectacular, especially Rachmaninoff!!! I was surprised the Bowl wasn't packed!! I can't wait until Saturday, for the Tchaikovsky Spectacular with Fireworks!!!!!

Lise de la Salle is so talented. I wish she would play more. Bramwell Tovey is funny, charming and extremely helpful with his introduction before each performance. It was a great night of performance.
