From "Mack the Knife," "When the Saints" and "Wonderful World" to his other lesser-known but seminal works, Dr. John and friends bring Pops' world to life with gritty, swamp-style grooves and some unexpected renditions. view more less of this reviewThe music was fabulous but when I arrived, they could not find my tickets.Luckily I brought all of the paper work that I had printed out. But it took 1/2 hour so all of the picnic tables were gone by the time we got in.
star this review starred report as inappropriateGreat production. Seats could have been closer, but not bad. The Philharmonic performed up to expectation and the weather was great. If you go there, make sure and bring a sweater as it can get chilly at night.
