This was a great show and an amazing cast. No need to go to New York when you have plays like this in L.A. Not only was Fiddler great, but I love the old Pantages Theater. There really isnt a bad seat in the house.

Topol was UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Fiddler on the Roof was one of the best musical experiences I have ever had in my life! I cannot wait to see the other two musicals in this 3 show package. And the Pantages Theater is gorgeous inside and has great seats. Hard to find a bad seat in the entire house! One of my favorite spots in L.A.

Five of us went to see Fiddler on the Roof. It had to be one of the best proformances I've ever seen. We all enjoyed it very much. And to see Topel as Tevia was super great. I would reccomend this show for all ages. It's light and funny and heart warming. Our seats were amazing as usual. You can never go wronge with GOLDSTAR.

Legally Blonde was so much fun. Full of great songs and so much energy. Don't miss it.

I LOVED this event! We've only been to the first play, Fiddler on the Roof, but the whole package is excellent! Bravo GoldStar!

I had forgotten what Fiddler on the Roof was about, but the storyline was historical. The character actors were excellent. The score was wonderful. Even my seat was in a great location. I believe this is the last time the original Toval character will play this role. He adds SO much to the show. But I recommend it for all even if. It was GREAT!

I saw Fiddler last night and it exceeded my expectations...probably because Topol stole the show.....I was expecting a nice evening out at the theater but really enjoyed his particular performance...I can't believe he has such great timing, deep resonating voice, moves with a lot of energy and is very funny.....a must see especially since the talented Topol will probably not perform this play much longer!

Saw Fiddler 8/5/09 was a fantastic show. One of my top 3 most enjoyed performances behind, Phantom, Wicked (both at the Pantages). Topol was fantasitc. The small nuances and anticks wre what made you feel like you were part of the show and village. All the performances were top notch and the scene decoration and scene changes were clever and flawless. I recommend this show to anyone who enjoys great quality live theatre.

Fiddler on the Roof with Topol was s0-0-0 fantastic! It was thrilling to see this quintessential Tevye. The whole cast was marvelous! The actress who played Hodel had an especially beautiful voice. It was so much fun being part of such a large group who has shared their love of this play and the same "traditions", clapping with the cast to many of the songs. This is my favorite musical, and I hope to see it again before it leaves LA!

I saw Topol as a child when he first did Fiddler. It was fantastic to see him now at the end of his career ~ although he looked so fit that I can't imagine that he's stopping now. Great show.

Bravo Topol and the cast of Fiddler on the Roof, this may be his farewell tour but last night's performance felt like "opening night." What a powerfully strong voice of Topol to Tevye's cherished "tradition." The transformation of the entire family during the turn of the century (though you would think it was pre-WWII) is displayed with humor, a bit of tragedy, laughter and tears. Though this is not my first time seeing Fiddler, this is certainly one the finest shows. As this shows moves from Los Angeles to Orange County, I recommend folks to see it during its run in Southern CA as I may do the same.

On a separate note, two things.
      1) Outstanding service Goldstar. We never received our tickets via snail mail and they were able to communicate daily until the event to ensure tickets for our seats and all the tickets in this package, our evening went off without a hitch at the Pantages will call. Bravo Goldstar customer service folks!
      2) NEVER use Kodak shuttle to get to the Pantages on time. We arrived for what was suppose to be the last shuttle, giving us 25 minutes to ride back up the street and get to our seat on time - BEFORE the opening number. Instead, my party, the two ladies who waited at the shuttle station from 7:03 and several others who were trying to connect to the last shuttle were held needlessly for a shuttle which did not come by 17 minutes until show time. As others talked about running to the venue, or taking a taxi, we ran back to the car, drove up the street, parked, picked up the tickets at will call but was held for missing the last call. Had we not waited for the shuttle, we would have met the last curtain call comfortably. The Kodak theater mall lost a paying customer; this will not be an option for our family in the future.

Fiddler was great! Seats were just OK, but it was a sold out evening. Topol is amazing as Tevye. I saw him in this role years ago on Broadway, and if anything, he's even better, having grown into the role. The woman who played his wife, Golde, is also wonderful. The Pantages Theater is beautiful, as always, with excellent acoustics. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the series. Great girls' night out with my friends.

      It was spectacular !!
I have been a HUGE fan of Fiddler since childhood, and I couldn't be any happier with the production on stage.
The performances, the music, the energy -- everything is amazing and beyond my expectation in perfection.
Wish I had bought tickets to see it twice !

I was not happy with our seats. I THOUGHT I HAD THE beginning of NN, not the last row. It was very hard to see. The show was great. We have very bad seats for the next two performances also.

We just went to the first of our 3 package shows - Fiddler on the Roof last night. It was AWESOME! Fiddler on the Roof has a sentimental meaning for me me since the movie was big in the late 70's early 80's, my dad sang "Sunrise,Sunset" at my wedding in 1981. Topol was absolutely fabulous.
I highly reccommend you see it. We always have dinner at Miceli's in Studio City before our shows, so the evening was another huge success.

Fiddler on the Roof with Topal was fantastic. All the familar songs just made your feet tap. Was just bothered by the amount of people who show up late and the ushers shine there lights constantly and walk by us. Probably because the seats were two rows from the top. However visibality was good and it was a wonderful show!!

The crowd was enthusiastic. Topol was superb. I loved the choreography. A must see. Three curtain calls on opening night speaks volumes. I say ignore the less than stellar review in the LA Times.
