Don't get me wrong, I love Sonic Youth and really like No Age, but this venue made me wish that I was seeing them somewhere else. The energy of No Age and Sonic Youth was almost lost in such a large outdoor venue. I have been a Pavement fan for...continued

I'm so accustomed to seeing SY in smaller venues, this was great for them, yeah the short set sucks but there's three bands and Pavement was fantaaasstic. The weather was great, like a Phil Collins album. Malkmus, wow, the best.

Aside from the far away seats, the sound was great. A bit weird to watch a concert and stare at a screen instead, because the on stage the performers look like ants...It makes it all worth it when you are in the company of friends and booze. Both...continued
